About Us

Café Chef Wan TTDI is a vibrant celebration of Malaysia’s rich food heritage infused with global influences, inspired by the celebrated Chef Wan’s extensive travels. This elegant yet welcoming café pays homage to traditional recipes, particularly those close to Chef Wan’s heart and family—like dishes named after his beloved mother, Cik Aini.
Start your meal with the Cucur Udang, a generous prawn fritter that perfectly balances a crispy, crumbly batter with juicy, fresh prawns inside. It comes with two flavorful dipping sauces—spicy chili and creamy peanut—that add even more excitement to each bite.

The Laksa Johor stands out as a true crowd-pleaser, featuring spaghetti noodles bathed in a thick, fragrant gravy rich with minced fish and aromatic spices. Similarly, the Laksa Sarawak delights with its hearty broth, topped with succulent tiger prawns, shredded chicken, and fresh bean sprouts—capturing the authentic flavors of East Malaysia.
For meat lovers, the Kerutup Lamb Shank is a must-try. Tender and aromatic, the lamb is slow-cooked to perfection and served alongside fragrant nasi bukhari, pineapple chutney, dhal, raita, and crispy pappadum—a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. The Lamb Kuzi Pie offers a unique twist with its Arabic-inspired spiced lamb filling, encased in buttery pastry.

The menu also features western favorites with a twist, like the Jamaican Fish & Chips, where fresh red snapper fillets are marinated with island spices and fried to a perfect crisp, served with classic sides like fries and coleslaw. For something lighter, the Sri Lankan Fish Croquettes are crispy, flavorful, and paired with refreshing lime yogurt and tzatziki sauces.
The café itself is beautifully decorated with a tropical theme that feels open and inviting, making it a great spot for families or friends to gather. Portions are generous, and the quality of the dishes justifies every bite. Café Chef Wan is more than a meal—it’s an experience that blends heritage, passion, and the joy of sharing great food.
