The Chief Chef of Restaurant Zhen Wei has more than 16 years of experience in the
kitchen. Being a perfectionist, he insists to visit the market personally every day to shop
for fresh ingredients. In addition, he is very particular when it comes to seasoning, he
would personally taste most of the dish before they are being served to the diners.
To him, although the serving speed takes a little bit of time, yet it’s to ensure the diners
get the freshest and delicious cuisines. It’s said that soft fire makes sweet melt, all
dishes are made-to-order to preserve the freshest taste. The restaurant never skimped
on the quality of ingredients and preparations.
