Founded in 1994, Ah Loong Grilled Fish Restaurant has been in business for more than

25 years. From a small stall in remote area, it has now grown into a famous seafood

restaurant in Jinjang Utara. The restaurant offers more than 500 types of dishes, each

prepared and cooked with fresh ingredients and recipes.

Since its inception, Ah Loong Grilled Fish Restaurant has been holding on to its

principles of “Fresh, Delicious and Creative”. Each dish is prepared with passion and

care. They constantly develop new dishes to satisfy the different taste buds of the

customers. Their Signature Cream Sauce Japanese Snail is a must-try. Fresh Japanese

snails are cooked with fresh cream, not only the flavour of the snails is preserved, but it

also brings out a unique taste with the mixture of fresh cream.

Apart from that, their Signature Grilled Crab is another dish worth mentioning. The

crabs are grilled with butter and exclusive sauce, making it a succulent and
