Located at Bazar Ipoh Medan Gopeng, Miker Signature is redefining premium Malay dining in Perak. Since opening its doors in August 2023, the restaurant has quickly made waves, clinching the World Gourmet Award 2023 for Premium Malay Dining. Miker Signature is more than a restaurant—it’s a cultural showcase of rich, traditional flavors presented with modern flair.
The spacious venue features seating for 100 diners and a beautifully designed private hall that can host up to 500 guests, making it ideal for everything from casual meals to large-scale events. The menu reflects the culinary depth of Northern Malaysian and Nusantara cuisine. A must-try is the Nasi Bakar Ayam Salai Masak Lemak—fragrant rice wrapped in banana leaf, paired with smoky grilled chicken drenched in a creamy, spicy coconut gravy. Equally beloved is the Tempoyak Udang, featuring succulent prawns simmered in a rich fermented durian sauce, balancing bold and tangy flavors.
