Restaurant Four Star Seafood

About Us

Sometimes, the best food discoveries come unplanned. That was exactly the case with Restoran Four Star Seafood in Klang—a charming, no-frills spot we found after our original dinner location turned out to be closed. Just next door, Four Star welcomed us with friendly service and unexpectedly impressive dishes that left a lasting impression.

The lady boss was warm and attentive, and most of what we ordered came recommended by her. First up was their Homemade Tofu in Thai Sauce, and wow—it was easily the highlight. The tofu was perfectly crispy outside and silky-soft inside, served on a bed of shredded cucumber, onions, and tomatoes. The Thai sauce tied everything together with a sweet-sour tang that was incredibly appetizing. The portion was huge (surprisingly so), but we polished it off.

Next came the Fried Mee Hoon with Fried Fish, another hit. The fish was fresh, crunchy, and perfectly seasoned, though the mee hoon can get a little dry if left too long—definitely one to enjoy while hot.

The Kam Heong Crab, delivered with its fresh, meaty crab and a solid, spicy kam heong sauce. Priced at RM85 per kg, it’s reasonable for the quality.

Restoran Four Star Seafood may not be widely known, but it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like a local. Generous portions, genuine flavors, and unpretentious comfort—definitely worth the detour if you’re in Klang.
