Yu Noodle Cuisine Restaurant set up its first outlet (now its HQ) at Kuchai Lama. The
response was extremely well, leading to the opening of its branches in Jalan Balai Polis,
Damansara Uptown, Jalan Genting Klang and Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park respectively.
As soon as you step into Yu Noodle Cuisine Restaurant, you could instantly smell the
fragrance of Shaoxing Wine in the air; and the best part is, you could add as much of the
Shaoxing wine as you like! A bowl of noodles is upgraded within seconds after the wine
is being added, the rich broth mixed with Shaoxing Wine would leave a lasting taste, not
onily in your mouth, but in your heart too!
Ordering is simple – choose your broth, meat/ingredients and noodle. They provide 2
types of noodles, Mee Xian (thick rice vermicelli) or Mee Hoon (normal rice vermicelli)
and a myriad of ingredients to choose from. If you fancy spicy food, go for their Spicy
Tom Yum Mee Xian, it’s spicy, sourish and appetizing. If you decided to go for something
light, their Crispy Fried Fish Skin and dumplings are good too. These two are best to be
paired with their special homemade chilli sauce.
