About Us
In 2008, the then 21 years old Tan Nam Kun worked in a restaurant while pursuing his
Degree in Mass Communication. Later, he realized the multi-media industry couldn’t
contain all the creative ideas in his brain. Therefore, after the graduation, he accumulated a
small amount of fund and started Fei Fei Crab Restaurant with his family. The foodies have
since then materialized all the dining fantasies they had with crabs at Fei Fei Crab
Restaurant.
Creativity is the key at Fei Fei Crab Restaurant. For example, Musang King can be “dancing”
with the crabs; or you would find tofu in the coral land; you could even build the Great Wall of
China with ribs… all things are possible here. With its slogan “It’s not just about crabs”, not
only the cooking methods are special, the sauces are exclusively homemade too. Tan is a
hands-on person, he insists on developing the sauces on his own, so the customers could
enjoy the perfect match between the dish and the sauce.


Over the years, Fei Fei Crab Restaurant has been awarded with numerous prestigious
awards, namely International Prestige Brand Award, SME Entrepreneurship Business
Award, China-Asean Top Business Award, World Top Gourmet Awards. All the recognitions
further strengthen Tan’s determination to sustain what he has built from scratch. He
believes, the highest level of taste is the happiness enjoyed from the tip of the tongue right
down into the heart.
